Weight gain is a major issue for many people and over time we have seen the problem grow. There are many reasons for weight gain and inability to lose the weight including:

  • Improper Diet

  • Hormone Imbalance

  • Low Thyroid (sometimes even when the lab tests are normal)

  • Abnormal Adrenal Function

  • Allergies

  • Abnormal Glucose Metabolism

We have found that the best way to solve this problem is to conduct a thorough analysis of a patient’s metabolism and habits.  A comprehensive blood test is critical in determining where imbalances may lie.  When the proper changes are made, the weight will just fall away.  Our patients generally lose between one and four pounds in a week without calorie restriction.
